Cancellation Policy

Kick Kare will charge amount Rs 150 or Rs.200 (mentioned in service detail ) as applicable as cancellation charges if customer not avail service, after service professional /service provider reach service delivery address

  • You(user) can cancel your service request via Kick Kare website and mobile app before service professional assigned/allotted to you ( Service Professional assigned to you on the same day of your scheduled date for urgent services like appliance repair )
  • If service request is cancelled before the service professional allotted to user ordered service then cancellation charges will not be applicable and once service professional allotted to user booked service then in that case Cancel your order option will be deactivated orders option of App or website and customer/user is liable to pay cancellation charges (if service professional reach service delivery address).
  • If Kick Kare service professional are late by more than 3 hr of scheduled time and customer wants to cancel the order, then the customer is not liable to pay any cancellation charges to Service Professional
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Kick Kare reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service professional or Kick Kare cancels the visit then customer is not liable to pay the cancellation charges
