How to book a service?

You can follow the below steps to book a service

  • Search for the Service you need
  • Open the service you need and book it
  • Once you place a booking, you will be confirmed within order section of app or website or via sms or mail informing you that the booking has been accepted. A verified professional will be assigned to you on the service date chosen by you. The assigned professional will reach the address you provided and deliver the service

How to cancel a booking?

If you want the service but can’t avail it at the time you booked the service for, we recommend you to cancel before vendor allotted to you otherwise you have to pay minimum visiting charge as per mentioned in service description. If you want to cancel, follow the below steps :

  • Go to your order option their you find cancel option if service provider not allotted to you
  • Click on cancel
  • Then select Ok

How to reschedule a booking?

There is no option of rescheduling a booking in our App or website you have to cancel your booking (before a vendor allotted to you otherwise a minimum visiting charge applied if vendor reach your service address) and have to order a required service again

How to know if my request is confirmed?

Once you place a booking, you will receive a confirmation in app or website order section or sms or email

When will the professional reach for delivering service?

Our professionals generally reach within the selected time of booking. We track if the job is not started on time and our customer experience associates start working on the issue automatically. Be assured that either the professional or our Kick Kare representative will get in touch with you in case the job can’t get started in time. If you face any problem, feel free to get in touch with us by selecting the booking for which you want to raise a complaint.

How can I rate and review the service of a professional?

After each service is completed, you will be asked to rate the professional. You would also be allowed to leave a feedback for the service and suggest improvements on various parameters.

Are your Service Provider qualified?

We do background check on each and every service provider. Most of them have more than 5-8 years of experience in his/her field

What happens if the Service Provider damages anything?

In the unlikely event of our Service Provider damaging something, you can email us at or contact us from the email and contact number provided

Does someone have to be in home when the Service Provider Comes?

Yes, it is advisable for you to be around when job is getting done. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuable in the presence of our Service Providers. Kick Kare will not be liable for any damages or theft arising in case of failure to do so

What if I am not happy with the service or the Service Provider?

If you do have any complaints, suggestion or feedback with regard to the service quality, or our service provider, pricing etc. please report it to mail us or call us at contact number provided in website. It is advised to do this within 24hrs of your services

What are the Modes of payment?

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and net banking. As always you could choose to pay us by cash after completion of work

  • Customer pay to us after completion of work
  • If any part is to be replaced or repaired or if any material provide by service professional to render services then in that case whole payment done in cash only

How can I view all my orders?

Visit the Orders option in Android app or website to view your orders details

When to pay for the services?

You have to pay for the service after service deliver to you

How to pay if appliance part is to be repaired or replaced?

If Appliance need any part replacement or repair work then service provider will provide a quote before proceeding any work and if customer agree to avail service, whole payment done in cash only after completion of work.
